This fascinating residence was dedicated for single family in Venice, California. It was designed by Stephen Vitalich Architects show us simple but contemporary design for interior and exterior. As you can see from the outside, woods with its original colors and pattern was covered almost the whole part of this house including the furniture itself. There is no separating wall among kitchen, dining table and living room makes this house looks so spacious but fully equipped. Gray leather sofas in minimalist design was located side by side to minimalist colorful chairs and sturdy wood table for dining room, then meet with fully equipped kitchen made from woods. In next level you will find minimalist elegant bedroom with its bathroom, and lounge chairs and table on the roof. Bathroom was designed in natural touch with ceramics tiles and woods then applied for bathtubs, bathroom vanities and as wall decorating. To make this house more fascinating, large glass windows to maximize the sun light becomes the final touch for this single family residence.
